S.N. Mudbidri Polytechnic, Karnataka Implemented ODLL



S.N. Mudbidri Polytechnic, Karnataka has set up Oréll Digital Language Lab for enhancing the language proficiency of the students at the college. 

The language lab system was implemented at the campus by Mr. Kishor Kumar, the technical executive of Oréll on February 8, 2013. By setting up Oréll language lab, the college aims to provide the students an extra edge in the competitive market of Information Technology, Business and Commerce, with outstanding communicative skills.

The newly furnished lab consists of ODLL special edition set with ten students’ consoles and an instructor’s terminal. Considering the demands of the college, Oréll team has provided the latest version of the digital language lab along with language learning materials developed by highly qualified English teachers. Oréll Language Lab implemented at the college will give students an opportunity to develop their personality also with language skills.

S.N. Mudbidri. Polytechnic located in Karnataka, India was established in 1984 to impart quality technical education to the students from rural area in various fields of engineering. Due to rapid industrial growth, there is an increased demand for technical manpower all over the country and abroad. To meet this demand this Polytechnic offers structured three year diploma programmes with the right mix of theoretical knowledge, honed by practical skills in several streams. The Polytechnic is jointly sponsored by the Academy of General Education (A.G.E.) Manipal and S.M.C. Trust, Moodbidri. The campus has an industrial training center and a college of Physical Education managed by the Academy of General Education and S.M.C. Trust for the past few decades.
