ODLL Installation at the Integral University, Lucknow

Oréll Digital Language Lab (ODLL) was introduced to the Integral University, Lucknow in September, 2012. ODLL received a warm welcome to the University and it led to the complete replacement of conventional language teaching system from the institute with our flexible, extensible and computer-driven multimedia language lab.

The coordinator of Oréll Technosystems (India) Pvt. Ltd contacted M. S. Abbasi, the Training and Placement Officer of Integral University and he made all the arrangements for ODLL installation. The installation was done on September 14, 2012 and it was an outstanding success. The authorities of the institute selected the premium edition of ODLL with one plus thirty consoles, which is sufficient to provide a comfortable learning atmosphere for students from different batches of the institute.

Integral University, a seat of educational excellence, is a premier university in Lucknow, the Capital of Uttar Pradesh, India. The university had been established under the Act number 9 of 2004 by the U. P. State Government. Since its establishment the University plays a leading role in the educational revolution of the nation.

Oréll iTell Debut Installation at Marva Computers

Oréll iTell is celebrating its debut installation at Marva Computers, a computer training centre at Cherupuzha in Kannur, Kerala.

Oréll, the global IT solutions provider has implemented the latest version of its digital language laboratory, iTell, at the Marva Computers on 24 September 2012.  The new version of Oréll’s multimedia language lab can be connected through Local Area Network as well as Ncomputing that does not demand any unique skills on management and is simple to use. The online version of this language lab is helpful for the teacher to connect with students from anywhere in the world.

Oréll iTell was implemented at the Marva Computers as part of the institute’s decision to start a training centre for language learning. Mr. Kurian, the director of the institution contacted Oréll representatives and made all arrangements for the installation. The implementation processes were conducted by Oréll’s Senior Programmer, Lijose George and Cochin Area Manager, Aneesh. K. Murali. Following the installation, a training session was organized for the staff of the institution to familiarize them with the functioning of iTell.

Oréll iTell is equipped with umpteen versatile functions including, Monitoring, Whiteboard, Live-class, Sharing and Pairing, Group Discussion, NET flick, X-play, Video streamer, SOS, Read/Write Test, Controller and many other features that enlivens both teaching and learning.

The broadcasting, listening, speaking, recording, and comparing functions of iTell will help the students of Marva to enhance their communication skills and language proficiency within a few weeks.

The Karary University is a university based in the city of Omdurman in the state of Khartoum, Sudan. It was established in 1996 as a public university funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. ODLL was installed in the colleges of Karary University including the College of Marine Studies, College of Aviation, College of Nursing and College of Medicines. Association with Karary University to deploy this integrated language learning solution enabled us to build up a good customer-relationship. Rajiv Satheesan, the Business Analyst of Oréll was in charge of implementing ODLL at the four colleges and it was done during the period of 8/9/2012 to 21/9/2012.

Oréll Installs ODLL for the Government College, Kattappana

Oréll Technosystems (India) Pvt. Ltd on Tuesday announced the implementation of the language learning product, ODLL at the Government College, Kattappana in Idukki district on September 25, 2012.

ODLL (Oréll Digital Language Lab) would give the institution access to innovative language teaching techniques, learning materials and an expanded range of services.  ODLL is an integrated language learning laboratory that has already been implemented in more than 2000 educational institutions all over the world.

The Government College, Kattappana located in the Idukki district of Kerala is the fulfillment of a long cherished need of the High ranges. The institution was established as a result of the Government’s decision to start a college at Kattappana in July 1977. Affiliated with Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, the college offers bachelor's degrees in arts, science and commerce.

The premium edition of ODLL with 1+10 consoles was preferred by the college authorities for installation.  Ms. Biya, lecturer of the English Dept. was the contact person for Oréll representatives at the college.

             ODLL Software Installed at Balaji Polytechnic, Nagpur

Oréll Digital Language Lab (ODLL) has been installed at the Good Samaritan Public School, Sirkali, on September 17, 2012.

Good Samaritan Public School is a Co-educational English Medium School, which follows the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) curriculum, from the academic year 2008 onwards from junior KG to VI standard. The main objective of the school is to impart full, liberal and comprehensive education and they aim to turn out young boys and girls with a keen sense of discipline and responsibilities, initiative and self reliance, integrity and loyalty. 

Mr. Shanmugam, the administrative officer of the Good Samaritan Public School located at Sirkali in Tamilnadu, contacted the Oréll coordinator of Tamilnadu region for the enquiry regarding ODLL. The institute authority got pleased by the ODLL product and its beneficial features after the enquiry and they ordered for our multimedia language lab.  The school has opted for 1+20 consoles of ODLL special edition to improve the language proficiency of the students.

The institute is considered as the house of maritime studies and it provides excellent training for aspiring students in the marine field.  The objective of this leading institute is to prepare students in the fields of maritime and military maritime bachelor's and master's level to serve the needs of the country.

With the vision of enhancing the language capability of the students, the authority of the institute decided to opt for Oréll Digital Language Lab. Sri Sai Angels School Installs ODLL

On August 7, 2012, Oréll Digital Language Lab was implemented at Sri Sai Angels School located at Chikmagalur in Karnataka district

The latest project of Oréll is with Sri Sai Angels School in Karnataka, providing high quality language learning solution by implementing ODLL software.

Sri Sai Angels School is an English medium school which runs under the Sri Sai Education Society. ODLL-Special Edition with 1 teacher plus 48 students’ consoles was selected by the school authority for achieving maximum output. ODLL implemented at Sri Sai Angels School is tailored to meet all the prerequisites of the school authority. Mr. Mark Annand, the Development Manager of the school was the contact person who provided optimal support for the business analysts’ team from Oréll. 

According to a strategic review done by the school authority, it has been found that fewer than 50% of students at Sai Angels could be described as adequately fluent speakers. This demonstrates the limitations of teaching English, or any second language, as just another text book based subject, in the course of which an unbalanced emphasis is placed on reading and writing without equal attention to language acquisition through the development of listening and speaking skills. In order to overcome unhelpful teaching approaches, Sai Angels decided to implement ODLL software with the goal of building universal second language fluency at Sai Angels

Oréll Honeycomb Becomes a Member of RIT, Kottayam

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology (RIT), Kottayam, Kerala, one among the famous technology institutes in India, has adopted Honeycomb Campus Management software for their campus to make the administrative process easy and trouble-free.

Orell’s association with RIT started with an online enquiry through our website. Following the enquiry, team Oréll scheduled an onsite demonstration on Honeycomb for the RIT team and they got satisfied with our product.
